The estate is located between the village of EL ESTANQUILLO and EL JAZMIN. It is 10 minutes by car from the town of ALTAGRACIA, 25 min from the CUBA district and 40 min from the PLAZA BOLIVAR in the centre of Pereira. 

The estate can be reached by urban transport, using the new transport system called MEGABUS, thus reaching the village ALTAGRACIA, which is 10 minutes from the estate by car. It can also be reached via MORELIA, which also has a bus service, or via RETIRO. Security in the area is high, since there are two police centers nearby, one in Altagracia and another at the Retiro) that provide tranquility to the whole district.
